During our four days together, we will see the Israeli landscape through our eyes as well as through the senses of animals indigenous to Israel; we will hear the sounds of three monotheistic faiths; we will walk along the paths of remote sites; and we will touch stones both ancient and modern – all the while smelling and tasting our own spices, dates, and wine and exploring some alternatives that Israeli innovation offers to those who are differently abled.
