QiGong is a relaxing, gentle movement practice to reduce stress resulting in more energy. It combines the physical benefits of exercise with the spiritual qualities of meditation of both the mind and the body.

Gong + skill cultivated through practice
Together the words describe an ancient Chinese practice that includes breath, movement, and intention setting to create health and balance within the body.
No experience or mat is needed. Wear comfortable clothes.
