WRJ Area Day is a mini-Biennial conference with learning sessions after lunch.
9 am:
• Breakfast and Torah Study for WRJ members, using the Women’s Commentary led by WRJ leader Laurel Fisher
10:30 am:
• Shabbat morning service, Lefkowitz Chapel
• Members of WRJ will be participating in all aspects of the service–greeting, Aliyahs, Hakafot, Torah, & Haftarah reading
Following services:
• Lunch, sponsored by WRJ (no charge)
• Rabbi Phillip Nadel will share his experience as part of the World Union
After lunch:
• Listening Campaign/Finding New Leadership – Facilitated by WRJ SW District President, Jennifer Daley
• 20% and Growing: Embracing Jews of Color- Facilitated by Angelica Ruiz
• Innovative Programming – Facilitated by Southwest District leadership
